How To Organize Your Day  Part 3 of 3

In our last Organizing Tip, we discussed how important a Morning Routine is. 

Believe it or not, a successful morning routine starts with an evening routine.

EVENING ROUTINES

Below are some ideas on what to incorporate into your evening routine:

  1. Cut out caffeine in the afternoon

  2. Spend 30 minutes of quality time discussing your day with your kids or spouse

  3. Take a few moments to pick out your outfit for the next day

  4. Spend 10 minutes reading 

  5. Take 5 minutes and journal three things you were grateful for that day

  6. Take time for a mini brain dump so you don’t lay awake thinking about all..the..things...

  7. Relax with a hot bath or shower

  8. Diffuse Lavender essential oils 

  9. Prioritize 7- 8 hours of sleep

  10. Go to bed at the same time each night.

Warning: Did you know that shutting down our phones, computers and TV at least an hour before bed is mandatory for a good night’s rest? 

Establishing new routines can take time, but the results can be life changing!
