Garlic Shrimp with Lemon

Need an idea for a special dinner? Consider trying this simple shrimp dish. It's not as hard to prepare as you may think. Start with fresh, raw (or referred to as green) shrimp. Peel off the shells and remove the vein. Use the suggested seasoning mix or your favorite seafood seasoning — roast in a convection oven, which forces air to circulate around in the oven. Or cook in an air fryer. Flip the shrimp after five minutes; finish with five more minutes, don't overcook. That's all there is to it. It could be a fantastic dinner and save you $$$ dollars by not going to a fancy restaurant!
